CoboCards
Die CoboCards GmbH, welche die Online-Plattform CoboCards zum gemeinsamen erstellen und lernen von Karteikarten betreibt, trat an Evoreto heran um eine Applikation für die Android Plattform zu entwickeln welche das mobile lernen der mit CoboCards erstellten Karteikarten ermöglicht.
Eine entsprechende Applikation für das iPhone befand sich zu Beginn der Entwicklungsarbeiten bei einem anderen Entwickler bereits in der Fertigstellungsphase. Trotz der bereits bestehenden Spezifikationen für mobile CoboCards Applikationen haben es Evoreto und die CoboCards GmbH geschafft die Applikation für Android gemäß den im Vergleich zur iPhone Plattform recht unterschiedlichen UI-Richtlinien und Bedien-Paradigmen umzusetzen. CoboCards für Android ist so kein grober Port der iPhone-Version, sondern eine eigenständige Entwicklung welche sich passgenau in das Android-System einfügt.

About CoboCards
CoboCards is a project of Jamil Soufan and Tamim Swaid. Tamim Swaid has developed the concept and interface of a collaboratively used elearning platform in his diploma thesis at the University of Applied Sciences in February 2007. This platform enables users to create any content on flashcards in cooperation with friends. Jamil Soufan was responsible for programming the platform. After the presentation of the diploma thesis at the university, the team was encouraged by the audience to continue with the project and to develop a merchantable product. Later Ali Yildirim joined up with the team and is responsible for all administration related topics. In January 2010 they founded the CoboCards GmbH (limited company).
